Looking for a place to shoot

I just wanted to know if there is a good spot in or around snyder county to shoot 300yds - 500yds i have a spot to go right now but i can only go there when the guy lets me

Mifflin County Sportsmen's Association isn't that long of a drive from Beavertown. Rifle range as plenty of positions, one pavilion goes out to 500 yards, and the other goes out to 1000. They also have pistol, shotgun, archery and muzzleloader areas. Membership is $40/year individual or $50/year for a family.
