Both, but I consider tacticool a pejorative term.

    To each his own.

I'd be happier if there were NO markings at all, so I can't wrap my brain around why anyone would want to make them MORE noticeable. But that's me.

Not my thing at all. My biggest beef with the XD line (M&P isn't far behind) is there's just too much going on when you look at them. Glock got it right with the simple look. Just because I bought your pistol doesn't mean I want to be a billboard for your company at the range.
Let us hope for the best, but let us also prepare for the worst.

I've always been a fan of the color fill jobs and I really like the SA logo on the top of the slide. Mighta left the rest blank or maybe just done the XDs and and the SA logo on top. Doing everything seems a little much for my taste, but hey, thats whats cool about it, little paint thinner and you can start over or change colors when ever the hell you want.

The people who do this need to find something better to fill out their day.

Looks like you did a good job, but I'm not into it. I like my black guns black, my stainless guns stainless...
