Unfortunately my son and I will not be able to attend after all. My presence will be required in NYC on that weekend.

Jeez, it's fairly close for me, but I'll be working 'til about 2-ish. Fie upon thee, Saturday mail delivery!

Re: The Great Eastern OPEN CARRY Luncheon MEET & GREET :: Palmyra, PA 4/5/2008
I'll be providing the name tags for this event. They will include your first name, your avatar, (if you are using an avatar), and your PAFOA member name. If you would please contact me via email or PM with your first name and PAFOA user name when you make your commitment to attend, I'll have your name tag made in plenty of time for the luncheon.
Wearing a name tag will not be mandatory, but I think it would be a good idea to know who each other is by recognition of member name and avatar (if applicable) as well as first name for the sake of casual acquaintance.
The tags will look similar to what I have pictured, but will be properly centered and in new plastic badges. I just used a badge that I happened to have handy and a did a quick mock-up to get these pictures for reference.
As always, I'm open to criticism and suggestions.
The date for our final head count to be submitted to the restaurant is Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Please confirm your intention to attend NO LATER THAN Tuesday, April 1, 2008 so we have time to get an accurate tally to confirm our group reservation with the restaurant.
Thank you.
