Nope you not missing a thing that the impression I get. Accept for a different or improved grip angel it does remind you of a fancier Glock trigger and takedown. i think the 24/7 looks better but the Glock looks simpler. I have the G1 24/7 and wish I had the G2 with above imprevements. I dislike the takedown method of the G1 24/7 the trigger is Ok but not as precise as the G2 Glock like trigger. But so far as being accurate and reliable my 24/7 is an great example of Taurus improved QC. I'd like to have a G2 24/7.
All that is next for you is pictures and review from the range, thank you!!!

Re: Taurus 24/7 G-2 9mm
It is an excellent handgun. I have 4 of the original 24/7 Pro models in 9mm and 2 of the G2 models. They run flawlessly and hit 8" plates at 50 yds with ease. Each of my 18 year old daughters will be getting one, as well. I paid $369 plus tax and background fee (5 bucks) for each of mine. I sold two G21's: I will not be selling the G2 Tauruses.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

Re: Taurus 24/7 G-2 9mm
I'm not that impressed with them to get rid of my Glock 21sf. But I will be getting a 24/7 G2 because I'm so impressed with there G1. But there is no doubt that the 24/7 and 800 series are equal to the PT92 QC output. Taurus has improved overall in reliabilty and durabilty, they have always been accurate.

How's the trigger on the g2, I've been curious about the guns lately also.

Re: Taurus 24/7 G-2 9mm
It is good, but I don't think the Glock trigger is bad. Some people hate these style triggers (trigger safety) and I am not a huge fan, but the action of the G2 trigger is plenty good enough for anything other than straight up, x within the X, distance shooting. I figure if I can hit an 8" plate with it 8 or 9 times out of ten with no rest, at 50 yards, then the trigger is pretty good.

Re: Taurus 24/7 G-2 9mm
Yeah I would say that's plenty good for me. I don't mind glock triggers at all, I was hoping the 24/7 was closer to that then anything else. I'm looking to get something new for carry, after I get my (first) 1911 off of layaway. At first I was thinking glock but I like the look of the Taurus better and as long as it shoots better than my sigma I'd be happy for the price. Thanks for the info
