IDPA & USPSA at Lower Providence?

I am a member of both IDPA and USPSA and wanted to shoot at Lower Providence Rod and Gun Club sometime. Are these shoots they host open to everyone or just the LPRGC members only? I am not a member there and reading through their rules looks like you need to take all kinds of courses and tests just to be able to wear you gun in a holster and be able to draw from it. Wondering if that applies to anyone shooting pistol sports as part of IDPA or USPSA?

They are open to everyone. The usual LPRGC qualifications are waived during sanctioned events because there will be appointed safety people making sure you are safe.
