If it's not to much trouble could you send some more detailed photos of the sling mount?

Do you think the sling sleeve would work on the padded version of the VCAS sling?
    Mr Quackxp:

No I think I used it right. I had a red bull though....

    pur·chase

    n.

A grip applied manually or mechanically to move something or prevent it from slipping.

    On the sling mount,

I'll do you one better. PM me your addy, I have the black one I used on the Colt sitting right here. It's got a few stitches pulling up but it is 100% functional. I'll pop it in the mail and you can have it. Then you can decide if you want to order a new or different colored model or go a different direction.

Not sure about the padded sling, you could ask BFG. They are very responsive to their customers......

As for the triggers I'm highly interested in the Geissele Super V. Anybody in this thread have trigger time on one?

Just paint it! The Aervoe paints go on smooth. It's held up pretty well.

I have a SSA-E in my AR10 and it is sweet. A little too light for a HD gun IMO. The regular SSA is going to be my choice for the AR15 (need more money)
    I don't see the Super V?

So depending on the load, they can be slung up high, or allowed to hang. Adjustable to the user's liking. Props to Blue Force!

It's available through Viking Tactics. Kyle lamb and Geissele worked on it together, it's a single stage 4.5 lb

Super V is very similar to the Super 3 Gun but with a longer reset. I don't have trigger time behind this one so I can't give feedback. I think right now they're only available directly through Viking Tactics.

SSA is the best trigger for HD. SSA-E if generally recommended for magnified optics though some folks do run them in SD guns.

I replace mine because a better (the right trigger) decreases my split times. All my guns have after market triggers, to include my SBR.

Hey hit me up when you get back from the Ukraine, I want to try out that aftermarket trigger in your RPK.

Animalmother let me take this photo before she left with the invasion force, I don't think she'll mind if I post it here......

Version 1.0 of the rifle as a defensive tool is complete.

The base rifle is a Colt LE6920, in 2012 this model came with a Colt specific version of the Rogers Super-Stoc.

I have added onto the rifle the following:

Magpul MOE Grip - I did not like the notch in the factory A2 style grip so this is what I replaced it with, inexpenisve and lots of postiive reviews.

Blue Force Gear Vickers Sling - Mounted to the rear via the QD attachment that came with rifle. On the handguard is a Zahal Wide Velcro Strap Sling Adapter and a MASH hook. Special thanks to Splittiebus66 and Misery Loves Shotguns for their unsolicited donation of the Velcro Strap and MASH hook.

Aimpoint PRO - Used wth the included QRP2 mount. For a BUIS I used a LMT Tactical Adjustable Rear Sight

SureFire G2X Tactical - Mounted with a Midwest Industries MI Tactical Light Mount and Vltor SM-I Scout Mount.

Version 2.0 Would include a modular free float handguard, 12:00 mounted light, AFG2 and possibly a Redi-Mag.
