Question about purchasing
Im 18 a resident of Pennsylvania but my driver's license is from another state I was wondering if I would still be able to purchase an shotgun or would I have to go get my license transfered first?

Your DL has to have your current residence on it.

Long guns can be purchased by residents of any state provided they gun is legal in your state of residence.
That said, as Agent Smith mentioned, you must change your DL w/in 15 days of establishing PA residence or moving w/in PA.
