It seems to me that if the process for transfers in a trust does not need fingerprints or a photo (time about 3:20) then this system is not needed for any individual either.

I see the elimination of the CLEO signature to be just a pittance. Especially in the area of suppressors, which have no right even being called firearms in their own right.

baby steps, hopefully this activism will culminate in the deregulation of silencers altogether.

That video contained 30 seconds of information tops.

It is a shame they had to "leave their homes" to go to Martinsburg.

Wanting their money wouldn't be bad if there was a reasonable return for our paid services.

    DING! DING! DING!

Class, why does BATFE NOT lobby to do away with NFA weapons?

    Anyone? Anyone? Buehler?

Because it's a cash cow for the BATFE budget. Checks and MOs are made payable to "BATFE," NOT US Treasury.

I've always wondered if we are buying TAX stamps for Transfer TAXES, why aren't checks made payable to "US Treasury?"

    Dingaling. Dingaling. Dingaling.

All the monies get deposited into the general treasury, has nothing to do with their budget, which by the way comes out form the general treasury, just like every other agency.

I happen to have a form pending approval right now and don't expect to hear from them for 6 months.
