    Default ground hogs

killed a few ground hogs today. i shot one with a 17hmr which was awesome, and the 2nd one was killed with a 243. later we saw a dog running down the trail with a giant ground hog in his mouth so that made 3. shot another one at well over 100yds with 243 but by the time we got to him, he flopped around back into his hole. all in all it was a fun day. now im letting 2 soak in some salt water and will be slow cooking them tomorrow. anyone have any good recipes?

Well we may believe you if you had pictures but you don't. A picture of the roasted hog may save your rep here, but the rules of the forum is pictures.
Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
