    Default had problems with alcohol and lost my LTCF

    Is there any legal way to have my LTCF reinstated ? i went through rehab for alcohol and had a successful rehab. What can i do?

    Probably depends on what you did as a result of your "problems with alcohol" as well as how long you've been sober.

    Congratulations on your sobriety. That's the most important thing.

    ^Exactly. We're going to need more information. If you don't feel like making that public it's probably best that you consult an attorney.

    Was your LTCF revoked? If so, who revoked it and what was the reason given for the revocation?

    And I 2nd the congrats on a successful rehab. Addictions suck... for everyone involved. So here's to continued success *clinks tall glass of home-made iced tea!*

    I would also suggest getting a lawyer who regularly handles these kinds of cases. The lawyer can probably tell you your chances of being reinstated and may know how to be most effective through this process.
