    Default Bobtailed Tri-Topped Commander

I built this one for myself. The Tri-top really cut some weight and helped with recoil. Shoots really flat.

Thumbs up Re: Bobtailed Tri-Topped Commander

Real nice...if you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you to build and how much time did it take?

That's a tough one. I couldn't have done the tri-top, dovetails and cocking serrations without a Vertical mill. Good ones are expensive. The rest can be done with hand tools but the cost of just the hand tools and parts will put you way over what a full custom gun would cost. I imagine if you priced the parts I used for this gun from midway or someone, it would cost about 1700 in parts alone. It took me maybe 3 days to build this one.
