I was there last year for this event and it was a zoo. At that time, they would let you on the range with the product of your choice and give you ten rounds of ammo to test fire. Targetmaster sent a postcard to it's members this year to say that the pistol was free to use but it sounds like the ammo will cost you.

The number of people there you would think the guns were free. I got there at about 10:15a and there was only one lane still open in the range.

I tried the 642 and they included ten rounds of ammo. They had a good price on it at $379. But they were so damn busy, it was a pain just getting to the counter. I might go back tomorrow to order a 442. There were none left in stock and I didn't see the point of standing in line for half an hour for something I'll have to wait another week for. Hopefully, there won't be as many people tomorrow.

I just got back from there!

    The place was mobbed.

I was looking for a Chiefs Special 360 m&p. They didn't have one. I had to order it.

Maybe next time, we should have a PFOA meet and greet session on the premises.

Anybody know if they've got any 910s or 908s for sale there, and how much they are selling them for?

I just got back as well. I figured it was gonna be a zoo and it was. My first thought when I went through the door was, "I should have brought a bag of peanuts". They had an insurance rep and Desantis rep on site as well.
I avoided all the hubbub and got some range time in. The only thing I bought was a Harris bipod for my cx4 storm.

Ditto on the zoo/circus. The girl is interested in a PPK (which we were told earlier in the week they would have one on the demo day), but they didn't have a demo for her to try. S&W rep talked her into trying the 638 and 642. Snappy little things! She's not a revolver fan.

The deal for the demo guns is $5 gets you the gun, a target, and 10 rounds of ammo.

Spent about an hour and a half there. Most of it was waiting to talk to the rep and waiting in line for to get the demo and a lane.

As mentioned, free chips and soda. Instinct suggests getting their early, before someone gets cranked on Mountain Dew and doesn't want to wait in line any longer.

    I picked up a 442 for $379.
I cant believe they only had one! I guess they were pushing the M&Ps?
