Can't get much bigger, it's a mountain bike with big knobby tires.

Here's an x-ray of the elbow, gonna take some pins to get it back right.

Yes and no on the seriousness, she broke her elbow, there's a little "hinge" in there that holds everything together, she broke it. Could have been much worse but nonetheless what happened is no picinic. She was riding her BIcycle and tried to the jump the curb in front of the house, didn't make it and went over the handlebars. Needs surgery to repair it.
