Default Headed out to the flight 93 memorial.

I was invited out to the filght 93 memorial for fathers day by one of the members the are on the flight 93 council. I am wondering as to the rules for carrying? I do have my LCTF. Can I OC while there or maybe only CC or maybe have leave it in the car or at home? Thanks all.

    Firearms in National Parks

The law governing possession of firearms inside a national park changed on February 22, 2010.

Visitors may possess firearms within a national park unit provided they comply with federal, state, and local laws.

The role of the responsible gun owner is to know and obey the federal, state, and local laws appropriate to the park they are visiting.

Please remember that federal law prohibits firearms in certain park facilities and buildings. These places are marked with signs at public entrances.

Just checked out the Flight 93 website..Apparently as long as it is legal anywhere else in the county/state it would be legal there too...Unless I understood incorrectly...ty for the link!!

Its legal to CC and OC there since it is legal in PA.

HOWEVER - you cannot enter any building that a government employee is possibly stationed to work. Do not enter any building with your gun. The porta-johns are ok to carry in though. lol

I think you can only CC in state parks and therefore you can only cc in PA federal parks.

While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

I CC'ed out there last year when we visited. No issues encountered when we were there.

My understanding was that the structure had to be POSTED.

I've seen some places where stand alone bathrooms have been posted, and others where they were not.

Anyone have the text of the actual law? My Google-Fu is failing.

The most dangerous place in America is a "gun free" zone.
