NCIC Check
I was convicted of 3921 M1 Theft by Unlawful taking - Mov property ($200-$2000) in 1995 and was denied the purchase of a firearm because of it.
I understand why I was denied and that a Pardon is the only way I can fix the situation.
I have another question I was recently asked to fill out a NCIC form for my work (construction company) to gain access to a federal Prison for a pre-bid.
Does anyone know if I will be denied access to this prison because of this M1 conviction? I have been granted access to other prisons but, they were state or county prisons and I do not think it was a NCIC check.
Thanks for your help

Re: NCIC Check
Each prison has a different criteria depending on the security level of the facility you had an ncic check at all the other prisons you went into also they just had a different form for it. I wouldn't worry about it.
