Guilty by association?The cops confiscated Stewart’s gun and permit on May 19 because, according to court records, he was wanted on a traffic warrant in Florida and was in the presence of another man — Wiggins — who had a stolen gun.

So the "major problem," according to CeaseFire, is that people who would otherwise get illegally shafted by Philly when they try to apply for a LTCF are finding ways to legally protect themselves.
I think the "major problem" is that people are getting illegally shafted in Philly when they try to apply for a LTCF.
Clearly we have a fundamental difference of opinion on what constitutes a "major problem."
