Serpa holster knock off or is this legit

I was looking for a cheap holster to mount in my car when I stumbled across this on uncle mikes web site.

As far as I can tell that's more of a Fobus style holster. Based on their description it is a level 1 retention holster, the Serpa is level 2(or 3 depending on model).

Anytime you have to have a fifteen minute sales pitch to convince people to buy a piece of plastic, it probably is a knock-off of something much better that sells for a dollar and a half more.
