is .177 cal pellet rifle consider a firearm or a deadly weapon in york county ? it's a gamo 440

It is not a firearm per PA or federal law. I would look into your locality laws on air rifles, as they are not protected as other arms and can vary from town to town.

my kid got in trouble with the law and probation told me that if it's here on there next vist they can take it and destroy it. just wanna get my ducks in a row
