Re: Is Kel-Tec Still In Business???
There has been several ideas that they advertised but never brought to market. The one I was really looking for was the short auto shotgun that was a great idea that never happened.
They say it was a copy of the South African shotgun.

I also believe the KSG's design was based on a South African shotgun.
Sanity, yours if you can keep it.....

I was looking around for the KSG, but could not find one anywhere. So I got myself a remington 12ga tactical.

Re: Is Kel-Tec Still In Business???
Kel Tec is still going strong. The problem they have is they make and sell innovative, highly sought after products, but they don't have the facilities to meet the demand. They're never going to be as big as Ruger or S&W and you see some of the problems those two giants have had recently with bringing guns to market.
I want a KSG just as much as the next person, but I know that I'm going to have to either wait until I stumble upon one at a shop or someone tips me off to one like what happened with my RFB.
In the mean time, I'll spend my money on other goodies and hope I still have some left when the gun fairy comes calling...
Spyderco is no better. Try finding a Yojimbo 2. The knife's been out since November. They made one or two runs and haven't made any since. They keep saying they're making more, but it's been months and nothing.Last edited by Ronin; May 30th, 2012 at 11:02 PM.

Re: Is Kel-Tec Still In Business???
they are still in business, although im not sure what they are making. they are innovative but lack production numbers of their firearms. hell, the pmr30 ive been wanting for a year and a half is still not getting around to retailers. they release a lil batch at a time. those guns can be bought for $299 but since they are so rare, ruthless dealers are selling them on gb for 600-700 dollars ! i will wait till they either hit the market used or keltec picks up the slack. i had a plr-16 that ive sold that was a blast to play with. HEY KELTEC,START KEEPING UP WITH DEMAND-YOU WILL REAP A HIGHER PROFIT !!!!!!
