I have some fines from years ago. Just wondering will this stop me from buying a my first gun? They were mailed to me I paid them and that was that. I belive this is what a summary is. The charges were harassment, criminal mischief and something else. I had got into a fight. Hope i can make my first purchase.

Summary charges are not prohibiting for purchase, but they may be the basis for a denial of a license to carry.

The two charges were 2709[a1] summary offense. The other was 3304[2] this happened back in 03.
