I AM NEW TO CHESTER COUNTY AND WANT TO GET A PERMIT BUT NOTICED ON THE APPLICATION THAT I NEED 2 REFERENCES, MUST THEY BE FROM CHESTER COUNTY? I DON'T KNOW ANYONE WHO LIVES HERE CAUSE I AM MOVING IN FROM PHILLY?

And they aren't real good at communicating when the Sheriff calls to check the reference.

This may be too late to be of value to you, but I recently applied with two references both outside Chester county and was advised in a friendly, helpful way to select two that were within the County. I got the impression it wasn't going to be approved otherwise.

They're acceptable when it comes to voting for Democrats though. Wouldn't want to disenfranchise the deceased or family pets.

Written as THEY PREFER and not they must or have to be, just put down two good references and hand it in, if asked let it be know your new to the county.
