Recipe of my own creation w/ protection

Something I whipped up today.

There's something really in there, just not sure how it's gonna turn out. I'll just say it has cream cheese and prosciutto.

Here's the finished product.



Chicken breast - butterflied and flattened
Prosciutto - enough to wrap each one with 2 slices
8oz package of cream cheese
2 tbsp chives
5 cloves of fresh garlic minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper

Mix all the spices together with the cream cheese and then spread on the butterflied chicken. Roll chicken up tightly and wrap with prosciutto and drizzle olive oil over the top of the prosciutto. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 375, then uncover and finish baking for another 10 minutes.

Prosciutto
