LTCF Lycoming County
Just thought I'd let the members know that I applied for and got my LTCF. It took about two days and was not painful. I was treated with courtesy and my only delay was going thru Courthouse Security who also acted in a polite and professional manner.

Lyco has always been decent to me. Never had any problems.

Re: LTCF Lycoming County
Lucky111, you be better be a felon or other prohibited person. I'm getting sick of these arbitrary revocations and denials...
Note: The comment about being a prohibited person is meant to reflect the only legitimate reason for a LTCF denial. Pretty much anything else is outside the realm of what a sheriff can legally use as a basis for denial. And I'm hoping the latter isn't a continuing trend...Safety is a good tool for tyrants; no one can be against safety.

Re: LTCF Lycoming County
I owned a restaurant and tavern and about twenty years ago we had a poker machine like all the bars in the state but I was arrested for it. I was prosecuted and ended up with a M1 charge. (There is a lot more involved in this as to why I was the only person in Lycoming county to end up with a Gambling charge over a poker machine) I was turned down Friday and just finish with lawyer today starting appeal.
