im looking for outdoor rifle/pistol ranges. i am a member at lebanon valley but i refuse to go there anymore. too much BS going on there and i get hassled every single time by power hungry old guys. id rather spend my cash elsewhere if there is any around. im in the robesonia area but anwhere within 20 min or so will do?

Heidelberg sportsman in schaefferstown, there's also a heidelburgh sportsman in wernersville I think. There's also a bunch on the east side of reading as well. If you look through the Berks forum you'll find different places. I shoot at fleetwood. Its farther than 20 minutes but i like it.

Mill creek is OK... as long as someone isn't having a picnic.. I got bitched at the one time I was there because after I got there someone had a picnic an said the guns would scare the kids. I never went back.

There are like 20 clubs within 20 minutes of Lebanon Valley Sportsmen. What are doing that you're getting hassled? I've never had anyone there give me a lick of nonsense.

NSSF has a great where to shoot page that will list all the clubs.

just random idiots running around makin up there own rules the past 2 times i went.. and these guys insist they are right even though both times ive contacted the president and he says they are making their own rules and need to be corrected. but they still made me leave the range both times for thier so called rules being violated. ive come very close to knockin one of these dudes out so i dont wish to go back there unless they are put under control.

i usually bring a friend as a guest. the one guy doing work outside there saw me about a month ago and decided i had to leave cause i can only bring a guest one time ever according to him. the rule is one guest per member anytime you go. but according to him its one guest only once and thats it.. hes an idiot and had a extreme attitude and insisted he was right.
