GSG-1911
Have been seeing a lot of chat about the GSG here so decided to get one - went for the Anniversary Edition Think I'll grab the metal guide rod and that's about it. Can't wait to pop off a couple hundred rounds !

Re: GSG-1911
Aside from the box and knife are there any differences on the gun itself from the other models?
Break it down, clean out all the grease, oil well and rack away on the slide. Clean again and repeat ... the paint will wear off the rails and will grit up the oil. Once you run it a few times you won't have any ammo issues
Enjoy it, I certainly love mine

No difference in the gun, just box and knife and numbered, that's it - I'm a sucker for marketing though so I went for it. Looking forward to the range!
