Think of the Children - Benefit match

Lewistown Pistol Club will be hosting the "Think of the Children" benefit match as a standard IDPA match. We are going to be having the match on Saturday June 16. Check in will begin at 9 AM at the clubhouse, the match will start at 10 AM. Entry fee is $20 per shooter and 100% will be donated to the Prayer Child Foundation.

I would like people to pre-register by emailing secretary@lewistownpistolclub.com so I have an idea how many people to expect. Payment can be made match day. Additional donations will be accepted, if people so desire.

The following is a brief snippet from the mission statement of the Prayer Child Foundation:

"Many children, by no fault of their own, are in need of help each and every day. Many of the children and their parents pray daily for a healthier life. The mission of the Prayer Child Foundation is to have a hand in answering their prayers and helping these children to have the joys of a normal childhood. The Foundation seeks to provide this assistance to living children that are eighteen years old and younger with physical and emotional challenges"

We're getting closer to match date. Just wanted to put this back up as a reminder, so people can mark their calendars. Hope to see everyone on the range.

One week to go. Stages are pretty well finalized, maybe a few small tweaks. Looks like a minimum round count of 79. Several moving targets will probably up the actual round count.

Thanks to everyone who attended the match today, we were able to raise over $500 for the Prayer Child Foundation.
