Unlike Kiwanis, the Pagans engage in murder, rapine, drug dealing, gun running and sex crimes as a matter of course.

Right, and the Crips and Bloods are no different than members of the NAACP.

Some of the biggest group of thugs carry weapons everyday as part of their employment.

Seriously if you can deny an individual that has no criminal background and meets all criteria except for who he associates with then we are heading down a very slippery slope.

I notice that you say FULL member, not just member.
    Does this have a significance?

Regardless, I do not recall seeing anything about membership organizations being a prohibiting factor on the LTCF application. It may have been there, I dont remember.

Now out of curiosity, with your line of thinking, would you consider the Boy Scouts of America or the Catholic Church a corrupt organization?

If a Pagan member walked into a Sheriff's office in a golf shirt and dockers, had no criminal record and the application taker was unaware of their membership in the MC, then they'd have a chance. If they walked in wearing their cut, then I'm sure the "character and reputation clause" would be used without hesitation to deny them. However, if they happen to be one of the 1% of the 1%ers who have not committed a prohibiting offense, then they'd still be able to purchase a gun.

Call the Pagans a MC, gang, outlaws, 1%ers or a meet-up group if you want, but walk into a Pagan hangout where you're not wanted, and each and everyone member "would be likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety", with you being "the public" and your safety in danger.

I think this is 100% on the money and is exactly what I meant in my post. Of the members I knew most did not have a criminal record. Once they start to deny ltcfs because of what orginazation you belong to the door is open for other prohibitors.
