What to shoot besides Round Ball in a Ruger Old Army
Just picked up a stainless Ruger Old Army cap and ball pistol. Besides normal round ball anyone shoot anything else ? Seen over on castboolits forum a guy using cast 45 acp semi wad cutters. Anyone here have a particular favorite ? I'm not against casting my own if there is a need too also.

LEE has a conical bullet mold specifically for the Old Army. Basically a 2-groove round nose flat base bullet. Be sure to cast with pure lead.

FYI , commercial swaged lead bullets for modern cartridges are too small and too hard.I don't speak English , I talk American!
