anyone know the laws for a fire pit in wilkes-barre/luzerne county

The number to call is 208-4257 or you can stop at Fire HQ (Ross street across from the post office) and get a copy of the ordinance.
Basically it must be store bought, no bigger than 2 feet across and must have a factory cover. And no cooking on it.

Doesn't say anything about not being able to cook on it.
