Need a gunsmith near chocolatetown

Trying to remove rear sight on my mosin so i can mount a scope. Well it appears that the thing has been soldered at some point by the guys back in the motherland so I cant punch out the last pin. Looking for a smith who can get it off for me because its going to need to be torched.

Any recommendations for place that does actual smith work near Hershey?? Willing to drive a few minutes to get this done.
