Looking for a good public-like place to shoot in Stroudsburg area.
I need a place in/around Stroudsburg to shoot, where I don't have to be a member. Any ideas folks?
Popichak is probably trolling this for his next story...

These are all public? no membership required?
Googled the ones you mentioned it appears to be membership required
Going to be up at Delaware Water Gap KOA at the end of July w a couple of friends from all over and wanted to find a place to introduce a non shooting Canadian to the sport.Last edited by Bugman916; April 26th, 2012 at 06:48 PM.

The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Check this one out. My wife and sister-in-law each shot a selection of handguns here and enjoyed it very much. Personal instruction with each gun... safe and perfect for someone that has never handled a gun before.
The first guns they shot were .22LR and then they moved on to .380 and then 9mm. They both enjoyed it very much and highly recommend the place to others. Here it is...

IANAL. I don't give legal advice. I'm only stating my OPINION.
(Did I really need to say that on an Internet forum? LOL)

Don't forget, if you use the SGL Ranges, you need either an annual range permit or a valid hunting license and can have only one guest. Make sure you have enough permits/licenses to cover the group.
