Leupold rings: how high are "high" and "medium" rings?

I'm trying to order rings for my Henry Frontier Octagon, and I'm trying to make sure that the rings raise my scope enough to clear the rear sight (I don't want to remove it). In order to determine if my scope will clear the sight, though, I need to figure out how much height Leupold Rimfire Ringmounts add (and specifically, how much height the medium rings add, and how much height the high rings add).

Does anyone know? My Googlefu is failing me a lot lately.
