I just noticed you're not in PA. I'm sure that there's at least one federal agency that would probably be interested investigating this as well.

Quite honestly, if I were anywhere within 5 hours of PA I wouldn't need any help recovering my funds. Alas, I am about 20 hours away if I drive non stop.

Thanks. Michael Ozlek has made it clear that he does not intend to return my money, so I have started the ball rolling on other avenues of getting my money back.

Why is the postal inspector not involved as isn't it mail fraud?

They are, they just have about a 2 week turn around before they even get to your case at this time, so it is a waiting game. I should be picking up the police report on Friday or Monday and then I will be sending all the information over to the Postal Inspector to supplement the complaint I have already filed online.
