Re: CCW Friendly (or unfriendly) businesses across the state
One of my local banks has a sign on the front door. I also have a friend who works there... When I mentioned that I was looking for a new bank, she said to come to her and get one. She had been working at that bank for 2 years, and never once saw the sign... She said it must be a Sky Bank policy, and that she wouldn't feel comfortable knowing someone in a bank had a gun... I asked what about me (I've known her for years), she said she would feel safer with me having a gun, but she still felt it would keep people out of the bank, or somehow add more charges to someone trying to rob the bank...

Re: CCW Friendly (or unfriendly) businesses across the state
I have been looking for a sign in my area. I haven't seen one anywhere. Now, I don't OC, I CC. So, those that may not let me, just dont' know I am carrying.
But right now, I can't say I know of any place around here that says I can't carry a firearm. I haven't seen anything at any of the malls.
I love Olive Garden. Hate to have to avoid them. The American Revolution would never have happened with gun control....

I meant the text your quoted from my post.
I think you may legitimately call BS on me, as I can only find secondary sources regarding this position, including CNN: http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/issues/issues.gun.html
Unfortunately I can't find any primary sources, and from forum threads I've read, his campaign refuses to answer questions about his views on concealed carry.Safety is a good tool for tyrants; no one can be against safety.

Maybe we should do this to businesses that don't allow guns.
