But also found out that to renew or apply for a NY State Pistol Permit, now NY State requires non-residents to present a NY State Non-resident Non-driver ID or NY NRNDID.. "you get that at DMV" who replied "Huh?"

Also funny I listed my Judge and because the PA 4-113 states caliber as 410 she said I cannot legally carry it loaded with 45LC .. I asked about a .357 with .38 she said only legal if it states that on the pistol permit .. I will not sweat that one because I only carry the Judge when bow hunting

She's just making shit up. The BC sheriffs office does that all the time - the packet they gave me years ago was absolutely riddled with falsehoods and incorrect assertions.
