Another 300!

Soooo I couldnt help myself today at the gun show......Been wanting an 10" 300 blakout barrel since the day I bought my 16" lol. They have been sold out for months and today I found a noveske waiting for me......then the black rifle syndrome kicked in.....decided to build a new upper......then a pistol lower to hold me over till my sbr stamp came in.....ugghhhh it never ends.....here she is built by Precision Firearms....at the show while i waited lol

Top one is my 16" cmmg
Bottom is my 10" with the silencer attached [IMG]

As you can see, even with the silencer the overall lenght is only about 1-1/2" longer then the 16 without the silencer! Now if the stamp would hurry up I can get a stock on her!

Nice we need to start the 300 Deuces club! I have both the 16" and 9" AAC uppers and one is on pistol waiting on that dam stamp!

Looking good. I too am building a second 300 that will be an sbr. They are their own version of adiction.

I was bitten also, i picked up a 9" barrel at the York show from Accurate Sports. Looks great and shoots like a dream. And like your picture shows with a can its not much different in length than the 16" without the can.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I have a dedicated lower that I plan on suppressing a .300 BLK with. Waiting on the tax stamps before I can proceed. At least I'm not the only one waiting too. I have an 8 inch upper all picked out and a when all is said and done a Liberty Mystic will Ride the barrel on a Spikes Tactical lower.

Haha after I assembled my first 300 blk (PWS MK116 upper) with a lower I built and fired it I was addicted... I started looking at my other ar's with those eyes of you better watch out one morning you will wake up and have a 300 blk barrel installed and your 5.56 barrel will be gone...

How much louder is your 9" compared to the 16"? My 10" is definately louder to the shooter then the 16.

My 8" is the same way verse my buddy's 16" with the same can.
Just the nature of the beast and physics of a short barrel and associated pressures involved.
