    Default Reversed denial ltcf

    I went to court feb, 28th, for my appeal bacuse philly denied me to my surprise l&I reversed my denial and granted me my ltcf :-) what is next? How long until i recieve my letter stating i can pick up my permit.

    Why did the the PPD initially deny you?
