Happy to report that I drop off my form 4 to the Sheriff Dept. on March 9th and I got a phone call yesterday stating that it was signed.

Congrats! Now get your prints and passport photos so you can put that into the mail asap. Heard wait times are now past six months.

The North Wales Police chief Barry Hackert is a really great and knowledgable 'gun guy'. If you did live within the boro , the only problem ya would have is him wanting to shoot it.

Hey Guys sorry to be a pain in the butt but recently moved to the collegeville area of montco and was wondering if someone had the patience to walk me through the steps of getting a suppressor and cost(minus the suppressor and host). In my township there are no local pd so I am assuming the sheriff is my best bet in Norristown. I am sure this has been addressed and my apologizes in advance

If you're in Montco, your best bet is to go to the Sheriff's department to get a CLEO signoff. You literally just take your completed paperwork to the Sheriff's department at the courthouse and drop it off. They'll call you in about 2 weeks to come pick it up if all goes well.
