Gary is a retired guy who has more work than he knows what to do with normally. He's a good guy though, and so is his son.

I wouldn't give army navy a dime these days any more.

Meyers gun shop is another option, on point phillips road, in point phillips, near the blue mountain.

Both great places yet so inconvenient to people meeting from outside the area for a transfer.
The OP wanted an FFL for a transfer not a smith like Hordendorf.

American Sports Shooting is opening up in Easton, but he isn't quite ready yet. I forget what Rich charges for a private deal, but if I recall correctly, it was $20.

Where's this going to be and (forgive the next question), what is it going to be? Shop, range, both?

He is in the strip mall on 25th St right by the entrance ramp to 22 west. It is a shop only. Those of us who know him pretty well tease him about the range (there isn't one), but it might not be a good idea until you get to know him and he likes you.

Hahah ok excellent. I live 5min from that area, so I'll definitely check it out when it opens. Guess I won't walk in, look confused and ask where's the range then walk out, though..

Good point exbiker! we just need a place thats open on a regular scheduel so that we can arrange a time good for both of us to meet for the transfer.
I have never been there but the seller of the pistol lives by there so ARMY/NAVY in whitehall is the choice.
Thanks again guys for all your help and suggestions.

You can look up almost any FFl on GunBroker.com

    I hope this helps.
+1 for Brian @ EFR. I just used him for two lower receivers, he'll be my transfer guy from now on.
