Decent job by the instructors but they were totally in favor of notification to police when carrying and both were against oc ..they said it wasn't a good idea

Who did the class? I know you don't have to notify in pa but you might in ohio...

I was there. The class was put on by lethal force. Like I said in my post about it, they were in favor of telling the police, but the dude teaching the class was a food friend of one of the three Pittsburgh police officers who were shot a while back. So his thoughts are a bit more favorable towards the Leo's.

That second guy who spoke seemed to have troubles forming a sentence.. it was hard following him, once they got the microphone situation figured out. Haha

No, however, if you're carrying in a bar, I wouldn't want my judgement (or aim for that matter) impaired if I need to use it.
