INew N frame added to the colletion!
I just got this S&W model 27-2 yesterday. It's in pretty good shape but still a shooter. I can't wait to try it out.
I really like the soft recoil of these big framed .357's. Anyone else Like these old N frame?

That's beautiful! Congrats on purchase.
Hopefully you'll have some ragged holes on the bull soon.
Cheers.

I carry a model 10 and think it is nice sized gun. I saw some n frames at the Oaks gun show and they make my revolver seem so small. They are just awsome looking guns. Congrats on your purchase.
Some people just plain suck.

Re: INew N frame added to the colletion!
I recently picked up a 6.5 inch 629 Classic NRA Edition in polished stainless, unfired in the box. It is a pre lock version and my first S&W.
The action is awesome and I was thinking about keeping it in an unfired state but I am DYING to shoot it.
I even considered taking it on a trip out west as my bear defense gun. I will need to shoot it a lot if I decide to do that.
Good luck with it she's beautiful.
