Kimber grip?
Am looking to change my grips on my Kimber custom stainless TLE II and was looking at the Kimber rosewood grips but I see they have full length and a slim grip full length. Does anyone know how much of a difference it is between the two?

Re: Kimber grip?
Thin grip is nice.
However, it'll require you to change the grip screw bushing to thin profile model, and shorter grip screw and those bushing are usualy a bitch to remove without the proper tool..
And also if you dicide to replace plastic MSH with one with magwell, then I belive you'll need magwell made for thin grip as wellLast edited by Mity2; February 23rd, 2012 at 01:36 PM.

Re: Kimber grip?
Was only going to change the grips.
looks like the full length would be best as that is the same as what came on it from the factory.

Re: Kimber grip?
I like 1911 with Full grip.
I never did like the cutoff butt for the access of MSH pin.
I understand the reason, but I just think it look silly.
As well as the angled cut on bottom.Audemus jura nostra defendere
