Sorry, have to vent. Nothing new really. I promised myself many years ago to avoid that place, but I needed something specific and I needed it quickly so off I to AA I went. So... after many years it was amazing to see that they have not changed one bit.

How the efff do they stay in biz with that kind of customer service....or non-service. I swear never again. I was ignored, given dirty looks, and once I actually had someones attention and wanted to pay for my overpriced item, I was met by a grumpy a55 that made it clear in a weird non verbal way that my purchase was causing him some sort of discomfort .... cause with all the huffing and puffing it seemed like he was in distress ... efff them all.

Sorry for your experience, though I kind of laughed because I think we have all been to a place like that. I totally agree, it is amazing how places like that stay in business. Especially with all the internet places to get items for a lot less than retail stores.
