So, I settled for a 12G. I also have a 410 bore barrel for it.

Barrel is cut to 20 inches and threaded for Rem-Chokes. As well as having a Green fiber optic sight put on. I also added a Choate stock and forend. But, since I was so into it, I decided to add some more... I added a MagPul 5-slot picatinny rail towards the front on left side of the forend for a flashlight. I added a Streamlight TLR-1 HL (800 Lumens). I also had BrownCoatTactical.com make me a 6-round shotshell carrier that I installed on the right side of my stock and they custom made me a single round shotshell carrier that I could mount on the right side of my receiver for quick reloads.

Nice mods.

Man, how did I miss this thread! Those are some sweet rifles you guys have. I've been thinking about a trapdoor Springfield or something similar for a while. Not exactly sure what I want though.

Here's my modern 308 hunting single shot Rossi chopped down to 16.5" with a suppressor & 4x scope.
