I run the 2 gun fun shoots at Oley Valley Fish and Game: there is no info on the oley website for these, but it is posted in the shoots and range trips forum here on pafoa and on ar15.com.

Every month the Course of Fire is a little different, but we do both pistol and rifle/carbine. They are in similar style to 3 gun and idpa and uspsa, but less strict on the "procedural" rules. Doesn't mean they are easy though. PM me if you want more info.

These are always a good time (even if you dont do well like me at the Flamingo Shoot) but hey, its supposed to be challenging right, and I welcome that. Theres an event coming up next weekend. You should c'mon out. Even if you dont have a rifle, I'm sure some of the guys would be willing to let you run a couple mags through. Just bring ammo.

Thanks for all the tips. I wont make it next weekend for the Police Pistol in Lebanon. I am interested in Oley though. And joining if possible. Need a Range relativly close by to practice.

Heres some links to past Oley shoots run by JD, should give you a good idea of how he does things. Theres usually one/month and like I said, I always have a great time. I'm not a member, though it is cheaper for members. I'm an idiot and should just join already

The Oley rifle shoot is the same day as sporting clays, so the membership guru Don Hoffman will be there the same day, so you can join then if you are interested. It's only $20 a year if you are already NRA. It's a NRA affiliated club, so you have to join NRA to join the club.

No waiting list BS.

50 yard range is open 7 days a week 9am to dusk. You'll get the gate combo when you join.

Love the PPC shoots....

If you ever want to go an event and see some retired cops shoot groups from a revolver at 50 yards the same size as you shoot with a rifle this is the place to go.
