Re: Does PA State Police do fingerprinting for form 4?
I'm not sure what a Form 4 is, but I needed to get fingerprinted on numerous (legal) occasions over the last 4 years. Generally, your local police will do it for you. Sometimes you need an appointment, sometimes you can just walk in. Call the non-911 number for whomever protects your area and ask.

Re: Does PA State Police do fingerprinting for form 4?
My local barracks has done it for multiple Form 1's & 4's for me. They just don't always have someone there to do it. They told be to call before I came down.

PSP Rockview had no problem doing it for me, that was a few years back, they also did it the old fashion ink way! Give your barracks and see what they have to say.

My local PSP barracks will do it. They have the digital machine which is nice. Only have to get finger printed once, then they will print out whatever amount of cards you ask for.

Re: Does PA State Police do fingerprinting for form 4?
This is as of yesterday 2/14. I was told by my local PSP, that they have recently just received a mandate from Harrisburg saying they are no longer to do fingerprints for ATF form 4's and Utah Carrying permits. From what they told me some Lt Col. didnt want the PA State Police involved with anything that could be potentially used against them. Before, they had done all of my prints for MANY ATF forms. Dont know what to think of it.
