Installing new sights on a xdm

I have been looking at research for installing new sights on my xdm. Some people say its easy, some say to send it to the factory. Has anyone done the job themselves? Any shops in Philly you would recommend? Also prices seem to be all over but I'm really not intrested in sending the slide someplace far.

You may test fire here @ 20' to confirm zero.

Do this.

XD sights are TIGHT and not easy to get out on your own.

I bought the sight pusher for my XD when I put mine on, all the local shops around me just had one size fits all sight pushers and they wouldnt budge my factory sights.
