I'm in there at least once a week. Great guys, very helpful too. Their inventory has definitely grown since they opened. I have a gun on lay away and a 1911 on consignment right now

I bought my Gen 4 Glock 19 and an old Charter Arms AR-7 from Joe within the last 2 months. I prefer the personalized service as opposed to the take-a-number approach of the other gun shops in the area. I was a PITA with the Glock too, changed my order for the PD ammo and holster while it was being shipped and they didn't give me a hard time about it.

I liked the experience so much I referred a coworker when he was shopping for a turkey/home defense shotgun. He ended up walking out with a 500 that day after going to numerous shops.

Stop in and at least check out the 110 BA in .338 they have in stock, they have a decent number of black guns and wood furniture shooters too.

Was in there for the first time today. Great people, good selection of used n black rifles and as prior poster said that 338 lapua is an awesome rifle. Think I may have found a new "home" gunshop.

How are there ammo prices?

I stopped at Staudt's today for the first time. They have a pretty good selection of rifles on hand. If I had to guess there were probably 100 long guns ranging from Civil War pieces to ARs. For the most part their prices seemed within reason.

If you are looking for a Chinese SKS they have one for $279. This is probably the lowest prices I have seen on an SKS in some time and the Chinese/Norinco ones are harder and harder to find.

The address is 7050 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg. My GPS took me to an intersection about 1/4th mile east of their shop. They are actually directly across the street from the front door of Arooga's. It's easy to miss the sign but worth looking for.
