Looking for someone that can true up sights and Hardchrome

I have a bolt gun that needs to have a banded front sight straightened. It currently is not "perfectly" vertical when I shoulder the rifle. Can someone point the way to a smith that can un-braze or loosen the epoxy to turn the banded front sight?

The rifle is currently hardchromed as well and would probably need to have the chrome reapplied after the sight work. Any reference for this type of work is greatly appreciated.
