Ran into a State Trooper today while OC

went to 25th st in easton to grab lunch, as i park my car a state trooper pulled up and parked next to me. got out of my car and started heading toward the chinese restuarant and i heard " Open carrying today?" i turn around and said "yes sir i am" in my head i was like hear we go... but nope he came towards me and started asking what type of pistol and such. he was really nice about it all. i said to him "if you see me walking down the street open carrying, what would you think?" he said "i would say good for you, i wouldn't think that you are a criminal, because i don't think they would want to show their weapon in a public place".. why can't all cops be like him.. it was a pleasant encounter

on another note: is there OC in the ABE area that would like to gather for lunch on a sunday or something. i really want to get a group together for some fun

You don't need to shout. The next event that I know of will be 2/14 at the Starbucks on Tilgman St. It is not strictly an OC event, but a number of us there will be OC.

Actually, I have posted a couple of good encounters or non encounters with PSP. So have others. You might want to do some reading before making statements like the one above.

I wasn't even carrying but had a cop tell me that if he saw me open carry that he would arrest me for disorderly conduct.
